Get off at Joban Expressway Yatabe IC and proceed to Tsukuba direction (left side / prefectural highway 19). Continue straight ahead and after passing Tsukuba Central IC, turn right at the intersection (Nitori, Starbucks, Yoshinoya) of the third traffic light, turn right and you will find the hotel on the left side of the road.
